What is inbox warmup and why do I need it?
Inbox warmup gradually increases your email sending volume while generating positive engagement signals — opens, replies, and removes from spam. New email accounts have no reputation, so sending campaigns immediately means your emails land in spam. Warmup builds trust with email providers over 30 days so your emails reliably hit the inbox.
Which email providers does Inboxrise support?
Inboxrise supports Gmail (one-click OAuth2 or App Passwords) and any provider that supports SMTP and IMAP — including Microsoft Outlook/365 and Zoho Mail via app passwords or SMTP credentials. Native one-click Outlook OAuth is on our roadmap. All credentials are encrypted using AES-256 at rest.
Is Inboxrise compliant with CAN-SPAM and GDPR?
Yes. Inboxrise automatically injects unsubscribe links in all outbound emails (CAN-SPAM compliant), maintains a global suppression list, and processes data in accordance with GDPR. You remain the data controller for your contacts, and we provide data processing agreements on request.
How is Inboxrise different from tools like Instantly or Lemlist?
Inboxrise is built specifically for startups and lean teams, with a focus on simplicity. While tools like Instantly focus on high-volume sending, we focus on quality deliverability, smart reply detection, and a clean workflow that doesn't require a dedicated ops person to manage — with warmup included in every plan instead of sold as an add-on.
Can I manage multiple clients from one account?
Multi-client agency workspaces are on our roadmap. Today, the cleanest way to manage multiple clients is one Inboxrise account per client — each account's inboxes, campaigns, contacts, and analytics are fully isolated. What happens after the 14-day free trial?
After your 14-day free trial, you can choose a paid plan that fits your needs. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused — your data is retained for 30 days so you can come back anytime.
