Every inbox you connect gets automatically warmed against a private network of real mailboxes. We send, open, reply to, and rescue warmup emails on your behalf, gradually building your sender reputation over 14 days. Campaigns can start on day 10. No separate tool, no extra cost.

Yes. During the 14-day trial Lex writes up to 1,000 Target mode openings, and you can connect and warm your inboxes, import up to 1,000 contacts, send up to 1,000 emails, launch up to 5 campaigns and run placement tests. Lex AI is there to build campaigns, test where they land and explain what is happening. After the trial, Target mode is on Growth, with 2,500 openings a month, and Scale, with 10,000. Drafting emails with AI switches on with Growth.

Growth and Scale can add 1,000 openings for $39 (₹3,999 if you are billed in India), paid once, from Billing in Settings. Lex uses them once the month's openings run out, and they are kept for 12 months. If you run out, nothing stops: your campaigns keep sending, and contacts get your email as written.

Annual billing charges you once per year, at more than 25% off the monthly rate. Starter is $249/yr (saves $99), Growth $699/yr (saves $249), Scale $2,199/yr (saves $789). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.

No limit. Connect as many sending mailboxes as you need on any plan, including Starter, at no extra cost. Warmup is included on every one. Plans are metered on contacts and active campaigns, because that's what actually scales.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. After that the account is paused: campaigns, warmup and reply tracking stop, and your data is kept for 30 days, so choosing a plan picks up exactly where you left off. We email you at least a week before anything is deleted; after that the account and its data are permanently deleted. Invoices are kept for 7 years, as Indian accounting law requires.

Starter includes 10,000 emails a month; Growth and Scale have no hard email limit. The 14-day trial includes up to 1,000 emails. Each inbox sends up to its own daily limit, 50 a day unless you change it, and a new inbox ramps up from 5 a day so its reputation is protected. Warmup emails don't count toward your campaign totals.
